摘要
本文通过分析传统软锰矿电热式焙烧还原炉的优缺点,提出了一系列针对该技术的细节改进,降低了单位能耗,提高了还原率,提高了单台产量,并在工业应用中得到用户的认可。
A series of technical improvement on traditional electrothermal claciner of manganese bioxide are proposed in this paper, which decreased energy consumption per unit product, increased percent of reduction and capacity perequipment and earned owner's approbation.
