关于农副产品安全监测问题探析

如今,随着物质生活的极大丰富,食品安全问题屡见不鲜,严重危害了人们的身心健康。食品安全直接关系到人民群众的生活品质和切身利益,食品是否安全、优质已成为关注焦点。无污染是食品安全的重要标志,而农药则成为食品的重要污染源之一,在这种背景下,积极制定相关规范及发展农药残留检测技术变得刻不容缓。农产品安全是关系到国计民生的大问题。近些年,日益突出的农产品安全问题越来越受到人们的关注。我国农产品质量一直不高,农产品污染问题突出,难以满足民众对农产品的安全需要,并严重影响到农产品的出口和国际竞争力的提高。阐述了当前我国农产品安全问题的研究和调查现状,初步分析了目前存在的农产品质量安全问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。
