摘要
朱砖井污水处理厂提标改造工程主要通过对原生物池进行改造增加缺氧搅拌时间提高氮的去除效率,同时增加深度处理部分。除了常规的混凝过滤、消毒等,特采用活性砂滤池进一步去除总氮,从而使出水TN稳定达标,最终出水达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准。本工程虽然包含降噪除臭系统,但本文重点阐述污水处理过程调试,该厂通过调试运行,出水主要指标优于一级A标准。
The upgrading and reconstruction project of Hefei vermilion brick well sewage treatment factory mainly through remoulding the original biological pool to increase oxygen deficit mixing time, improve the removal efficiency of nitrogen and augment the deep treatment. Except conventional coagulation, filtration and disinfection, the project specially adopt active sand filter to remove total nitrogen more, thereby the effluent TN can reach the standard, final effluent TN reach First A standard of <City sewage treatment plant pollution discharge standard>(GB18918-2002). Althought the project includes Noise reduction deodorization system,but this article mainly expounded the debugging process of sewage treatment. Through debugging and running, the leading indicators of effluent of this factory are better than First A standard.
