叙述了头孢菌素中间体7-苯乙酰胺-3-氯甲基头孢烷烯酸对甲氧基苄酯的合成路线。主要分为扩环后卤代与扩环前卤代两类,每一类又分为3种,最后结合两路线,选出了一种比较适合于工业化生产的最佳合成路线。

This paper introduced the synthetic routes of 4-methoxybezyl-3-(chloromethyl)-8-oxo-7-(2-phenylacetamido)-5-thia-l-azabicyclo[4.2.0oct-ene-2-carboxylate(GCLE) of cephalosporin intermediate. Mainly divided into two classes: the ring expansion before and after halogenated. each class is divided into 3 kinds, the final combination of route two, choose a more suitable for the industrialized production of the best synthesis route.
