摘要
本论文对提取胆红素的工艺条件进行研究。考察抗氧化剂用量、水解p H值、萃取p H值、水解时间及水解温度等对胆红素含量的影响。研究结果表明:当以100 m L猪胆汁为原料时,抗氧剂用量为0.3g,水解p H为11.0,萃取pH为5.5,水解时间为30 min,水解温度为100℃,用快速法提取胆红素的含量最高,可达84.32%。
In the thesis, bilirubin was extracted from pig bile. Study the amount of antioxidants, hydrolysis p H, extraction p H, hydrolysis time, hydrolysis temperature on the bilirubin content. The results showed that when 100 m L pig bile as raw materials, the antioxidant amount of 0.3 g, hydrolysis p H of 11.0, the extraction p H of 5.5, hydrolysis time of 30 min, hydrolysis temperature of 100 ℃, is the best. With the extraction of bilirubin levels up to 84.32%
