内蒙油田的单井原油集输方式全部采取单井拉油,在每口井的井场安装1~2具地面罐,用带齿轮泵的罐车向桑合集中处理站倒油。由于单井产量不均衡,原油在单井罐中存储的时间过长,原油老化严重,影响集中处理站的脱水效果,迫切需要进行计量站技术改造。

The gathering and transportation of Inner Mongolia oilfield single well raw petroleum all adopt the single well pull-up oil mode, there are 1~2 ground tanks are installed in each well site,use the tanker with gear pump to pour oil into Sanghe central treatment station.As the single well productions are unbalanced,raw petroleum is stored in single well tank for too long time,it is aging seriously, influence the dehydration effect of central treatment station,urgent need the metering station technical reform.
