摘要
针对云页平2井水平井段泥页岩地层易垮、易塌、易漏失,水平段润滑防卡、清砂携岩难度大以及油基钻井液低温下流变性控制难等技术难题,开展了钻井液技术攻关,通过大量实验确定了低温纯油基钻井液配方以及配套的工艺技术措施,并成功应用于现场,在水平段的钻井过程中,油基钻井液体系稳定、流变性好、携岩效果优良、润滑性能优异、滤失量低、封堵效果好,保证了工程施工的安全、快速、高效,为该区块非常规页岩气藏地勘探开发提供了有力的技术支撑。
Aiming at those technological problems that the shale stratum of Yunyeping 2 well horizontal well sections were easy to collapse and leak while the horizontal segments were difficult to lubricate,clean and bring cuttings, and the rheological property of oil base drilling fluid was difficult to control at low temperature, the drilling fluid technological was carried out to get breakthrough. Through a lot of experiments,the formula and matched technical measures of low temperature pure oil-base drilling fluid was determinated and applied on the spot. In the drilling process of horizontal segment, oil-base drilling fluid system has good stability, rheological property and bring cuttings effect, the lubricating property is excellent, filter loss is low and the plugging effect is good, guarantee the engineering construction is safe,fast and efficient, provide powerful technical support for the exploration of this unconventionality shale gas pool segment.
