摘要 目的建立测定阿普斯特对映异构体的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。方法采用大赛璐AS-H色谱手性柱;以正己烷-乙醇(20:80)为流动相:检测波长230nm:流速1.0ml/min。结果阿普斯特对映异构体浓度在0.25~10.0ug/m L范围内具有良好线性关系,线性方程是Y=33.94X+0.4647,R=0.9999。结论本法简便、灵敏、专属性强,可用于阿普斯特对映异构体的测定。 Objective TO establish a HPLC Method For the determination of enantiomers of apremilast. Methods The separation was performed on a AS-H column, and the mobile phase was the mixture of n-hexane- ethanol(20:80).The detection wavelength was 230 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min. Results The Linear relationship was good with in the concentration of 0.25-10.0 ug/m L for enantiomers of apremilast. the linear equation is Y=33.94X+0.4647,R=0.9999. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive and specific. It is suitable for the determination of enantiomers of apremilast.
