摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,我国对石油资源的需求与日剧增,相较于中东国家,我国石油资源较为匮乏,大量的石油资源都需从国外进口,成为了人们高度关注的重要话题。项目管理作为油田工程中的重要组成部分,不仅是提高油田建设工程项目投资效益的有力手段,同样也是增强油田企业核心竞争力的重要举措。鉴于此,本文对油田建设工程项目管理展开了一系列的探讨,并针对项目管理中所存在的问题,提出了几点行之有效的措施,以供相关工作人员参考借鉴,共同推进我国油田建设项目管理工作的向前发展。
with the continuous development of social economy, the demand of our country for oil resource is increase day by day.Compared with Middle East countries,our oil resource is short and a large amount of it need to be imported from abroad, which becoming an important topic people pay high attention to. As an important constituent part of oilfield engineering,the project management is not only a powerful means to improve the investment benefits of oilfield construction project, but also the important measures to enhance the core competitiveness of oilfield enterprises. In view of this situation, to provide reference for the relevant staff and propel our country management working of oilfield construction project developing forward, this article puts forward a series of discussion and some effective measures aiming at the problems in the working.
