摘要
玉米秸秆作为一种可再生的生物质资源,如果能够应用到酒精发酵中生产工业酒精应用于生产和能源领域,有重要的意义。为此本文对玉米秸秆制酒精展开探讨,主要分析了玉米秸秆制酒精的工艺流程,大致从预处理、水解、发酵和蒸馏四个环节进行简要的阐述。
Maize straw as one kind of renewable biomass resourses,if can be used in production and energy fields to produce industrial alcohol,it will has an important meaning.So this paper extends discussion around using maize straw to brew alcohol,mainly analyzes the technological process from pretreatment, hydrolysis, fermentation and distill these four links.
