近年来,长庆油田不断发展壮大,低成本战略加快推广应用,加速了产能建设步伐。大量民营施工队伍进入试油、压裂市场,产能建设过程中出现了施工质量问题,引起新形势下对质量监督工作的思考。
In recent years,Changqing oilfield continuously develop and grow, the low-cost strategy sped up the popularization and application, and accelerated the productivity construction. Lots of privately operated construction team entered in the oil test, fracturing market, the construction quality problems happened in the process of productivity construction, caused the thinking about quality supervision work under the new situation.
