探究了膨化食品中铅含量的检测方法。综述了近年来关于食品中重金属铅的检测方法进展,并展望了简单检测分析的方法与前景。
This article explored the detection methods of lead content in puffed food, summarized the progress of heavy metal lead test methods in recent years and put the outlook and prospect of simple test analysis methods forward.
