甲基磺酸的合成工艺研究进展

Research progress of synthesis process of methyl sulfonic acid

甲基磺酸腐蚀性小、催化活性高、无氧化性、且毒性低、可生物降解,对环境友好,具有广泛用途。本文硫氰酸甲酯氧化法、空气氧化法、甲硫醇或二甲二硫氧化法、甲基磺酰氯水解法、硫酸二甲脂法等几种化学合成甲基磺酸的方法进行了综述,提出了研究的方向。

Methyl sulfonic acid has a low corrosive action,high catalytic activity,no oxidation,low toxicity and biodegradability,was friendly to the environment,has a wide range of uses..In this paper,such as the method of thiocyanate methyl oxidation,the method of air oxidation,the method of methyl mercaptan and dimethyl disulfide oxidation,the method of methyl sulfonyl chloride hydrolysis and the method of sulfuric acid dimethyl ester,several chemical method of synthizing methyl sulfonic acid were reviewed,and the research direction is put forward.
