扑热息痛生产中稀醋酸的回收

摘要 采用醋酸乙酯作为萃取剂,先萃取再蒸馏,回收扑热息痛生产过程中母液中的醋酸,所得醋酸含量平均达到87.6%,比直接蒸馏所得醋酸平均含量55.7%提高32个百分点。该方案投资少、能耗低,经济效益较好,而且稳定可靠,适合扑热息痛生产过程中稀醋酸母液的处理回收。 Ethyl acetate was used as the solvent, extraction and distillation, recovery of acetic acid in the acetaminophen production. The purity of acetic acid can be up to 87.6%. It is 32% higher than that 55.7%, which of direct distillation. The method has less investment, low energy consumption, and good economic benefits. It is stable and reliable, is suitable for acetic acid recovery in the acetaminophen production.
