摘要
为有利于实现项目总体进度目标,需要统一协调项目设计、设备材料供货、施工的进度,合理进行资源全面配置,对项目全过程的各个生产阶段进行科学的时间管控。笔者从进度计划的周密合理制定,进度计划的跟踪和执行,及时、正确的调整计划等方面进行概述。
In order to realize the project master schedule target,we need to unify and coordinate the project design,the equipment materials supply and the construction progress,reasonably comprehensive configuration resource,take scientific time control to each production stages during the whole process of project.The author summarized from the reasonable and thorough formulation,tracking and execution of progress plan,timely and correct adjustment plan and other aspects.
