摘要
随着食品安全问题的频发,人们原来越关注食品的质量。因此,在很多高校,开设了相关的专业课,但是由于缺乏管理经验,尚未建立一套完善的食品生物化学实验室的管理体系,往往导致实验事故的发生。基于此,本文针对食品生物化学实验室的管理现状,提出创建措施。
As the frequent appearing of foods safety problem,people have paid more and more attention to the foods quality.Therefore,in many colleges and universities,the relevant specialized courses have been set up,however,due to the lack of management experience,one complete set of management system for the chemical laboratory of foods biology has not been built yet,as a result,the laboratory accidents often happen.Based on that,this paper has put forward erecting measures for the management status quo of foods biology chemical laboratory.
