重芳烃轻质化技术和前景浅析

重芳烃是指催化重整、歧化、异构化反应生成油及乙烯裂解加氢汽油中副产的C9以上的单环及双环烷基芳烃,通过轻质化技术可以生产高辛烷值汽油组分及BTX物质。本文概述了目前国内外重芳烃轻质化技术的现状以及发展前景,并对主要的技术进行了对比,分析其自身的优势和不足。最后对该技术的前景和现状进行综合分析,提出了一些建议。

Heavy aromatics refers to the catalytic reforming,disproportionation,isomerization reaction to produce oil and ethylene cracking hydrogenated gasoline in the production of C9 above the monocyclic and bicycloalkyl aromatic hydrocarbons,through the light of the technology can produce high octane gasoline group Points and BTX substances.This paper summarizes the current situation and prospects of heavy aromatics technology at home and abroad,and compares the main technology to analyze its own advantages and disadvantages.Finally,the paper analyzes the prospect and present situation of the technology and puts forward some suggestions.
