新型有机胺抑制剂的研制及应用

摘要 高性能水基钻井液被当做是一种很有可能替代油机钻井液的一种液体,它的主要处理剂就是一种机胺类抑制剂。在实际的现场使用的过程当中,在添加有机胺的时候加入的顺序不正确,配套的处理剂与之不符和,就会知识流型变差,泥饼的质量也会收到影响,滤失量也会增大,严重的还会导致水敏性地层吸水膨胀,这样就会对井壁的稳定性造成影响。所以,研究一种具有抑制性,还对钻井液性能影响小,适应性比较强的新型的有机胺抑制剂是非常有必要的。 High-performance water-based drilling fluid is regarded as one liquid,which is possible to replace the oil engine drilling fluid,and its main processing agent is one kind of organic amine inhibitor.In the process of practical on-site using,if the order of adding the organic amine is not right or the supporting treating agent is not matched,it will turn the knowledge flow pattern into one bad pattern and the quality of mud cake will also be influenced,besides,the filter loss will increase,even lead to the water-swelling of water sensitive strata,as a result,will influence the stability of well's wall.Therefore,the study of one new-type organic amine inhibitor with inhibitive ability,small influence on the property of drilling fluid and strong adaptation is very necessary.
