摘要
生物大分子合成的主要手段之一是固相合成,例如合成寡核苷酸和多肽。大孔胺基树脂在固相合成中主要作为聚合物载体来使用,由于其本身具有多孔性结构和高的交联度的特点,使大孔胺基树脂具有高的机械性能和大的比表面积,在多种溶剂中具有很好的相容性,在固相合成中具有广泛的应用。本文主要对大孔胺基树脂在固相合成中的应用研究进展展开分析。
One of the primary means of biomacromolecule synthesis is solid-phase synthesis,such as synthetic oligonucleotides and polypeptides.Macroporous amine resin is mainly used as the polymer carrier in the synthesis of solid phase,due to its characteristics of porous structure and high cross-linking degree,it has high mechanical properties and large surface area,besides,it has good compatibility in many solvents and is widely used in solid phase synthesis.This paper analyzes the research development of the application of macroporous amine resin in solid phase synthesis.
