硫酸法钛白粉生产工艺中会涵盖了酸解、水解及水洗等多道工序,而这些工序中会产生大量的废酸及酸性废水,如若处理不当将会对环境造成严重影响。本文分析了该工艺废水的水质成分,并提出了针对性的处理方法,最终使得废水能够达标排放。

The production process of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid includes acid hydrolysis,hydrolysis and water washing and other processes.And these processes will produce a large number of waste acid and acid wastewater,If not handled properly.This paper analyzes the water quality components of the wastewater,and puts forward the targeted treatment method,which eventually makes the wastewater discharge up to standard.
