本文首先简要介绍了传统硫酸法钛白粉生产工艺,并分析指出了该方法所存在的问题和不足,针对这些问题从能源消耗、三废处理以及技术设备三个方面提出了新型清洁生产工艺,旨在改善钛白粉生产工艺对环境的影响,从而保证该行业清洁环保、绿色健康地发展。

In this paper,the production process of titanium dioxide by traditional sulfuric acid method is introduced briefly,and the problems and shortcomings of this method are analyzed and pointed out.In view of these problems,a new clean production process is put forward from aspects of energy consumption,three kinds of waste treatment and technical equipment.The intention is to improve the environmental impact of titanium dioxide production process,so as to ensure the industry clean,environmental protection,green and healthy development.
