摘要
采用HNO3-H2O2-HF-HCl O3酸消解体系,结合微波消解法消解水系沉积物样品;以铑元素为内标,用ICP-MS法测定样品中铬的含量,分析实验过程中不确定度来源,对主要不确定度分量和合成进行评定。结果表明,样品消解、标准系列配制、样品重复测定是产生不确定度的三大主要因素。
Adopt the HNO3-H2O2-HF-HCl O3 acid resolution system combining with the microwave resolution method to digest the substance samples of stream sediment; Take the rhodium element as the interior label and use the ICP-MS method to test the chrome content in sample and analyze the uncertainty source in the experimental process,besides,evaluate the main uncertainty component and synthesis.The result has shown that,sample resolution,standard series configuration and sample's duplicate detection are the three main factors causing uncertainty.
