摘要
本文以环己酮、甲醛、苯胺为原料,在90℃条件下反应1h,制备了一种新型的Mannich碱酸化缓蚀剂。通过实验分析表明本缓蚀剂可以有效地抑制盐酸对N80碳钢的腐蚀。
In this paper,it takes the cyclohexanone,formaldehyde,aniline as the raw materials besides,make the reaction experiment under the condition of 90 ℃ for 1 h and then prepares a new kind of Mannich alkali acidification corrosion inhibitor.It is shown that this corrosion inhibitor can effectively inhibit the corrosion of hydrochloric acid on N80 carbon steel.
