摘要
有机磷农药是我国使用最广泛的一大类农药,其在有效控制病虫害的同时,对环境安全以及人群健康构成威胁。研究表明,有机磷农药对生物最主要的毒性为神经毒性。该文综述了有机磷农药对神经系统神经递质及其受体以及相关酯酶的活性改变、迟发性神经毒性及神经发育毒性等毒性作用,探讨其产生神经毒性的可能机制。并对有机磷农药未来的研究发展趋势进行了展望。
organophosphorus pesticide is the most widely used one kinds of pesticide in China,the effective control of plant diseases and insect pests at the same time,pose a threat to environmental safety and public health.Study shows that the organophosphorus pesticide to the biological toxicity of the main nerve toxicity.This paper summarizes the organophosphorus pesticide neurotransmitters and their receptors,and related to the nervous system changes in activity of esterase,late-onset neural toxicity and neurodevelopmental toxicity toxic effect,discuss the possible mechanism of the neurotoxicity.And the study of organophosphorus pesticide and the future development trend is prospected.
