摘要
科技在不断进步、经济也在不断发展,使得国家和社会对于资源、能源的需求越来越高,对于资源利用转化率的要求也越来越严格,加之如今环境污染问题日益严重的社会现实,使得如何更有效率、更加绿色的使用能源成为热门的研究课题。而煤炭资源作为我国社会生产和发展所需的主要自然资源,也是传统发展模式下造成环境污染的主要污染物,更是成为主要的研究对象。本文即通过对Shell干煤粉气流床化技术的简单介绍,对该过程进行具体的分类描述,并通过具体的实验数据阐述气化压力、氧煤比、蒸汽煤比、碳转化率对于干煤粉气化过程的实际影响,为更好的完成Shell干煤粉气化过程提供理论指导。
Science and technology are constantly improving and the economy is developing,which has made the country and society's demand for resources and energy become higher and higher and the requirements for resource utilization conversion become stricter and stricter.In addition,the environmental pollution problem is becoming more and more serious,therefore how to make use of energy more efficiently in a green way has become a hot topic.Coal resources,as the main natural resources for the production and development of our society,is also the main pollutant that causes environmental pollution in the traditional development mode,therefore,it has become the main research object.In this paper,a brief introduction of the technology of Shell dry coal powder is taken and specific classification of the process is described,besides,the actual effect of gasification pressure,oxygen coal ratio,steam coal ratio and carbon conversion rate on dry coal powder gasification process is discussed so that to provide theoretical guidance for the better completion of Shell dry coal gasification process.
