摘要
以铜粉和碳酸盐为原料,根据混合物的比例,经过挤压、烧结和去除碳酸盐工艺步骤,如制备各种基体孔孔隙度。分析铜粉和碳酸钙粉的比例,铜粉粒度、压制压力和烧结温度等工艺参数对铜的制备多孔材料的孔隙率的影响,利用SEM,EDS研究粉末粒子的结合在烧结过程和微观结构演化,并测试铜基材的力学性能。
Take the copper powder and carbonate as the raw materials and take the stops of extrusion,sintering,and removal of carbonate,such as the preparation of various matrix porosity,according to the proportion of mixture.Analyze the proportion of copper powder and carbonate and the influence of the technical parameters,like copper powder granularity,pressing pressure and sintering temperature etc.on the porosity of porosity materials prepared by copper,besides,take advantage of SEM and EDS to study the evolution of powder particles combination in the sintering process and micro structure,apart from that,test the mechanical property of copper substrate.
