国企党建与企业文化建设的共有内涵和共促策略 被引量:8

摘要 自我国改革开放以来,以经济建设为中心的国企党建工作取得了显著成效,但是随着改革的深化,时代的发展和经济社会多方面的需要,国企党建的某些工作已不能适应新时期的需求。企业必须不断调整策略,结合实际情况,从实际出发,将国企党建工作融入企业文化建设中,两者是密不可分的共同体。企业凝聚力和竞争力是企业立足于市场的根基,此根基可以在国企党建和企业文化建设共同作用下得以提升。国有企业工作包括很多方面,其两个主要组成部分就是国企党建和企业文化建设,国企经济建设事业的健康、可持续发展可通过国企党建与企业文化建设的共促得以巩固。因此本文对国企党建与企业文化建设之间的共有内涵与共促策略做了深入研究,为企业未来长远发展以及党建工作的顺利开展提供新的思路和方法。 Since the implementation of Reform and Opening-up Policy,the state-owned enterprises' party construction with economic construction as the center has achieved great effect,however,along with the deepening of reform,the development of era and the various demand of economic society,some work of state-owned enterprises' party construction cannot adapt to the demand of new era.The enterprises have to adjust the strategies constantly and combing with the practical condition,integrate the state-owned enterprises' party construction into enterprises' cultural construction,which two is the indispensable community.Enterprises' cohesive force and competitiveness is the foothold for enterprises in market and this foothold can get promotion under the combined function of state-owned enterprises' party construction and enterprises' cultural construction.State-owned enterprises' work concludes many aspects,and two main parts are the state-owned enterprises' party construction and enterprises' cultural construction,which can consolidate the healthy and sustainable development of state-owned enterprises' economic construction.Therefore,in this paper,it has taken in-depth study of the mutual content and mutual promotion strategies of the state-owned enterprises' party construction and enterprises' cultural construction so that to provide new idea and methods for the long-term development of enterprise and smooth development of party construction.
