矫形器结合骨外固定器在下肢畸形矫治的创新应用

Innovative application of orthoses combined with external fixators in correcting deformities of lower limbs

[目的]探讨矫形器(辅具)结合骨外固定器在下肢畸形矫治中的应用效果。[方法]回顾性分析本院2016年1月～2017年12月采用矫形器结合骨外固定器矫治的下肢畸形39例的临床资料,在分析临床疗效的基础上通过患者满意度表调查患者满意度。[结果] 39例下肢畸形患者获得6～20个月随访,矫形器(辅具)佩戴时间3～6个月。所有患者均获满意矫正,下肢负重力线恢复满意。拆除矫形器(支具)及骨外固定器装置时患者整体满意度优良率为95.00%,舒适性满意度优良率97.00%,便捷性满意度优良率92.00%。[结论]矫形器(辅具)结合骨外固定器在下肢畸形矫治的创新应用,在保证临床疗效的前提下可为患者提供满意的舒适性、便捷性,整体评价良好。

[Objective]To explore the clinical outcomes of orthoses combined with external fixators for correcting deformities of lower limbs.[Methods]A total of 39 patients(41 orthoses)who received orthoses combined with external fixators for lower extremity deformities from Jan.2016 to Dec.2017 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The patient.s satisfaction was surveyed on the basis of analyzing clinical curative effects.[Results]All the 39 patients were followed up for 6~20 months.The lower extremity deformities were corrected satisfactorily in all the patients by the orthoses combined with external fixators,associated with sound restoration of lower extremity alignment.After remove of the external apparatus,a survey on the patient.satisfaction revealed that the total satisfaction was of 95%,satisfaction for comfortability was of 97%,and satisfaction for convenience was of 92%.[Conclusion]The application of orthoses combined with external fixators does provide patients a comfortable and convenient correcting therapy for lower extremity deformities,with satisfactory clinical outcomes.
