集团化办学是改革和发展职业教育的重要途经

在新的形势下 ,特别是在我国入世之后 ,职业教育呈现诸多的不适应 ,存在着管理体制和办学模式单一等方面的问题。学习和借鉴现代企业的经营理念 ,走集团化经营的路子 ,实现集团化办学 ,是改革和发展职业教育的重要途经。本文主要探讨以一所高等职业学院为核心 ,将若干个中高等职业学校、企业、行业及相关主管部门联合起来 。

Under the new circumstances, especially after China's accession to the WTO, vocational education has taken on many unadaptabilities and existed such problems as management system and the unitary pattern of running a school. So learning from modern enterprises and drawing on their experience in business management, embarlcing on a road of group management and realizing group running a school are the important ways of reform and developing vocational education. This paper mainly explores the form of running a school of mitegrainon, combination by taking a higher vocational college, enterprises, trades and related departments responsible of the word, set up vocational education groups, implement the rertical communication and herizontal combination, share with vesources, complement superiority and make vocational education become larger and stronger so as to realize the maximum of benefits of running a school.
