高等农业院校应用型人才培养模式探析——以河南农业大学为例

随着经济社会的发展,高等教育的人才培养模式也必须随之不断的进行调整变革。近十年来,河南农业大学以社会需求为导向,以能力培养为主线,适时调整办学思路,通过优化人才培养方案、探索课程体系改革、突出实践教学、构建教育教学质量保障体系等一系列措施,对新形势下农科类院校人才培养模式进行了卓有成效的探索,培养出了一批高素质的应用型人才。
