城镇化是现代化的必由之路,是推动经济社会发展的有力支撑。在国家新型城镇化规划中,提出了建设人文城市的新理念,并把人文城市作为实现新型城镇化的基本要求。建设人文城市,要在深刻理解人文城市内涵的基础上,将人文理念融入城市建设过程中,通过培育人文意识、突出城市特色、保护文化传承等手段来逐步实现。

Urbanization is the only way to modernization,and it is a powerful support for promoting economic and social development. In the new urbanization plan of the country,the new idea of building human city is put forward,and the basic requirement of the human city is taken as the realization of new urbanization. The realization of humanistic urban construction should be on the basis of the deep understanding of the concept and connotation of the urban cultural,combine the idea of humanity within the process of urban construction,so as to cultivate the humanistic consciousness and highlight the city's character.
