高校应用型知识产权人才培养路径新探

A New Probe into the Talents Training Path of Applied Intellectual Property in Colleges

在我国实施知识产权强国战略的大背景下,知识产权人才特别是应用型知识产权人才一直处于相对稀缺的状态。作为知识产权人才培养的重要组成部分,高校应该通过建设专业知识产权学院的方式完善培养主体,充分发挥学校间、学科间交叉的资源优势,以及"校办知识产权服务机构"的实践平台和第三方机构(如知识产权从业者协会)的专业优势,构建以交流、合作与选拔为模式的立体化培育路径,着重培养面向市场的应用型知识产权人才。

In the context of the strategy of Rejuvenating the Country through Intellectual Property Rights in China,intellectual property talents,especially applied intellectual property personnel,have been in a relatively scarce state. As an important part of the cultivation of intellectual property talents,the state should perfect the training subject by encouraging the construction of professional colleges of intellectual property rights,to give full play of the resources advantages of cross-colleges and interdisciplinary,the advantages of the practical platform of 'School-run Intellectual Property Service Organization'and the professional advantages of the third-party organizations,such as the Intellectual Property Practitioners Association,to build a three-dimensional training path of communication,cooperation and selection as the model,focusing on the cultivation of market-orientated and applied intellectual property talents.
