摘要
高职院校的传统考核机制存在考核内容重知识轻实践、考核主体重教师轻学生、考核形式重结果轻过程等弊端,有必要建立一种动态的过程考核评价机制,坚持鼓励与表扬并用、公正与分层共存的原则,将过程性考核与终结性考核并重。过程考核评价方式的实施要求学校应以提高学生学习积极性和专业技能为目标,建立学生个人学习档案,逐步使考核方式多样化、考核内容职业化、考核对象差异化,并及时反馈考核结果,充分发挥评价的教育功能,促进学生个性及创新能力的发展。
Due to the problems existing in the tradition assessment system of vocational colleges,such as over emphases on knowledge instead of practice in evaluation content,on teachers instead of students in evaluation subjects,on results instead of process in evaluation forms,and so on,it is necessary to establish a dynamic process assessment mechanism insisting on the principles of the combination of encourage and praise,the co-existing of justice and hierarchical classification,and emphasizing both process evaluation and summative evaluation. The implementation of process evaluation requires that schools should take the improvement of student learning enthusiasm and professional skill as the objectives,establish the students' personal study portfolio and gradually realize the diversification of evaluation methods,the professionalization of evaluation content,and the differentiation of evaluation objects,timely feedback the evaluation results,so as to fully play the evaluation's educational function,and promote the development of students 'individuality and creativity.
