摘要
本文对加工碳钢时的积屑瘤稳定性问题进行讨论。通过实验，说明积屑瘤在切削过程中是一动态结构。它具有相对稳定的根部和不稳定的顶部。当顶部突然脱落时，由于过切量的突变而在加工表面上形成台阶状的鳞状物，降低加工表面质量。
The results of investigation which carries out the stability of Built-up edge (BUE) are presented. A BUE with a stable foot and an unstable top has been found with concerning conditions. It would be considered that the loose of BUE top Changes the overhang greatly. Causing fishskin appearance of the surface.
