几种新型机床运动部件夹紧机构的分类及对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对国内外机床近几年使用的几种新型机床运动部件夹紧机构在国内文献资料中尚未进行分类,其适用对象、设计制造、使用维修方面也没有做对比研究的现状,提出了一种分类方法、对每类夹紧机构给出定义,并对几种夹紧机构的适用对象以及设计制造进行了对比研究,结合实验研究明确了几种夹紧机构使用维修方面的基本要求,为机床运动部件夹紧机构的选用、设计制造、使用维修提供了理论依据。 Aiming at the situation that,in recent years,the clamping mechanism of moving parts of several new-type machine tools has not been classified in domestic literatures,in addition,the applied object,design manufacturing and usage and maintenance of the mechanism has not been contrasted and studied,the article proposes the methods of classification and gives the definition of every clamping mechanism.Further,comparative study is engaged in the applied object and the design manufacture of the clamping mechanisms. Combining experiments, the article identifies the basis requirements of using and maintenance of the clamping mechanism, and provides theory basis for selection, design and manufacture,and convenient usage and maintenance of clamping mechanisms of the moving parts of machine tool.
