提出了一种排刀数控车床,该机床采用平床身斜床鞍结构,采用高速主轴单元,保证了主轴高速切削时整机稳定性及高刚性。采用的排刀结构,极大地压缩了辅助换刀时间,提高了机床加工生产效率。

This paper presents a CNC lathe with a row tool holder structure. The lathe uses flat bed oblique saddle structure,and high speed spindle unit,thus,ensures the machine stability and high rigidity of the spindle in high speed cutting. And because of the row tool holder structure,auxiliary tool change time is reduced and the productivity of the lathe is improved
