摘要
为了提高金属槽筒螺旋沟槽的抛光质量和抛光效率,实现自动化抛光,研制了金属槽筒螺旋槽主动仿形抛光机。介绍了"主动"仿形抛光的原理和该抛光机的组成、硬件及软件设计,并对抛光试验过程中出现的问题进行了探讨。试验证明:该抛光机能够完成金属槽筒沟槽的自动化抛光,抛光质量高、效率高,运行稳定可靠。
In order to improve the polishing quality of metal sleelve spiral grooves and polishing efficiency,realize the automatic polishing,the activecopying polishing machine is developed. The 'active ' copying polishing principle and the polishing machine composition,the design of hardware and software,and the problems during polishing experiment are discussed. Tests prove that the polishing machine can achieve automatic polishing of metal sleeve spiral groove with high polishing quality,high efficiency,stable and reliable operation characteristics.
