减速机端盖的加工工艺研究 被引量:11

摘要 针对某减速机端盖零件在加工过程中出现产能及精度达不到要求的问题,对原加工工艺进行了技术分析,得出当前夹具与装夹方式是产生加工误差的主要原因;通过改变加工方式及改进专用夹具,使工件加工耗时由原来的2.5 h减少到1 h,产能提高了60%;同时保证了同轴度和圆跳动的加工精度,使合格率提高到98%。为企业解决一项技术难题,在同类工件加工中具有一定的参考意义。 The capacity planning issues and precision of the reducer cover parts are not up to the requirements during the processing. Through the technical analyzing of the original process,the current fixture and installation way cause the machining error; by changing the processing way and improving the special fixture,the time of machining parts reduces from 2. 5 h to 1 h,the capacity increases by 60%; and ensures the precision of proper alignment and circle run-out,which raise passing rates to 98%. It solves a technical problem for the enterprise,and has some reference for similar parts machining.
