摘要
利用自行设计的平面磁力研磨装置,在磁极的轴向施加一定的恒压力后对研磨效果进行了试验研究,与未施压力条件下的研磨效果进行了比较。通过对比表面粗糙度、材料去除量、断面形状以及3D表面轮廓等参数变化规律,结合磁力研磨理论,分析了出现差异的原因。结果表明:轴向施加恒压后,在较短时间内可使研磨效率明显提高,但随着时间的增加,研磨效率开始逐渐下降;工件最终的表面粗糙度虽较传统方法稍差,但断面形貌、3D表面轮廓明显好于后者。
Using the self-designed plane magnetic abrasive device which applied constant pressure on rotation pole-axial to study the finishing effect,then compared with the effect under no pressure. By contrast the parameters variation of surface roughness,material removal amount,cross-sectional shape and 3D surface profile, combined with magnetic abrasive finishing theory to analyze the reasons for the differences. The results show that: after applying a constant pressure,in a relatively short period of time the finishing efficiency can be significantly improved,but as time continues the finishing efficiency begin to decline; final surface roughness of the workpiece decreass than conventional methods,but cross-sectional shape and 3D surface profile are significantly better than the later ones.
