专用钻头钻削碳纤维复合材料的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 碳纤维复合材料钻孔加工时,易出现毛刺、撕裂、分层等缺陷。通过应用新型的专用钻头——金刚石涂层匕首钻在碳纤维复合材料板上进行钻削实验,并与普通钻头对比,得出结论:专用钻头的切削刃磨损量较小,比普通钻头更耐磨,刀具使用寿命更长;而且专用钻头钻削出的孔的尺寸精度高、表面质量好。因此,金刚石涂层匕首钻更适合于碳纤维复合材料的孔加工。 Burrs,avulsion and delamination are easy to appear when Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics( CFRP) is being drilled. A new type of special drillbit,diamond coated dagger—drillbit,is used to drill holes on a CFRP plate. While compared with an ordinary drillbit,the conclusions are that special drillbit has minor wear on its cutting lips and with longer tool life; the holes drilled by special drillbit have higher dimension accuracy and better surface quality. Consequently,diamond coated dagger-drillbit is more suitable for drilling CFRP.
