摘要
介绍了根据原有的取料机械手(前置机械手)设计与之配套的模具后置机械手装置,配合前置机械手落料后,自动完成产品后处理过程。根据生产线需求设计了某杯盖模具后置机械手的机械结构方案,介绍了PLC顺序功能图(SFC)编程方法,并用SFC方法根据机械工序流程设计了控制方案。该设计实现杯盖注塑完成后的后处理一体化和自动化,提高了生产率和保证了产品合格率。
This paper introduces the design of the mold postposition manipulator equipment according to the previous part-unload manipulator which completes the post-processing automatically after unloading by the front position manipulator. On the basis of the production line's demand,the mechanical structure scheme is designed,and the method of the sequential function chart( SFC) is introduced,and the control plan is designed according to the mechanical process flow. This design realizes the integration and automation of the post-processing after the injection molding, and increases productivity,and guarantees product yield.
