摘要
介绍了一种可实现嵌件预定位和成型压合的嵌件注塑成型技术。以电池盒嵌件成型为研究对象,通过对嵌件及塑料基体结构的改进,采用滑块对嵌件进行定位,同时利用斜销和直顶分别从两个方向实现对嵌件成型过程中的辅助压合动作。采用该模具结构进行电池盒嵌件注塑成型,所注塑产品的形位精度得到很大改善,且注塑生产效率也大大提高。
Introduces a technology for insert injection molding,which can realize the pre-positioning and pressing during the injection process. The battery box insert is used as the carrier,through the structure improvement of insert and plastic base,the localization of insert is realized by slider and the pressing of insert during the molding process is completed by the angle pin and eject pin from two directions. The quality and precision of plastic product has been improved by this kind of insert injection molding technology,at the same time,the productive efficiency gets greatly raised.
