摘要 设计了基于LabVIEW软件开发平台的电闭环能量反馈测试变速箱控制系统。利用西门子公司S120变频驱动模块,采用共直流母线的电闭环能量反馈系统,通过profibus总线S7-300 PLC与S120进行数据交流,同时PLC进行转矩转速采集速度/转矩信号,进行PID闭环控制,将输出量控制S120逆变模块,达到精确控制转速/转矩。同时S7-300高速串口模块与上位机LabVIEW软件系统通讯进行数据交换。通过试验系统的成功运行,证明了此系统的控制可行性,通过电闭环控制方式可大幅提供电能的利用,为以后的传动控制系统试验具有一定的指导意义。 Design of electric closed loop power feedback test is designed based on Labview.A Siemens S120 variable frequency drive module and a electric closed loop power feedback system on one DC generatrix are used using profibus,S7-300 PLC can exchange data with S120,at the same time,speed/torque signals are collected by PLC for PID closed loop eontrol,and then S120 inverter module is controlled by PLC output,accurate control of speed/torque is achieved.High-speed serial module communicates with Labview system host computer for date exchange.The test system runs successfully,and the control feasibility of the system is verified.Utilization of power is more effectively by using electric closed loop feedback,and it has certain significance to drive control system test.
