摘要
为了改善液压或气动夹紧装置的缺陷,获得小型化、能源利用率高、无污染的特性,提出一种基于新型智能材料驱动的夹紧装置。将形状记忆合金与双铰杆机构结合,设计出一种能够提供双向可控位移的微驱动器,同时串联内回流面积差动行程放大装置,将微量位移放大为显著位移,实现夹紧动作。
To resolve the defects of hydraulic and pneumatic clamping device,features with small-scale,high energy efficiency and non pollution are achieved.The paper provides a clamping device based on intelligent material.The micro drive is assembled by shape memory alloy and double toggle,then connect it with the area effect stroke amplifier.The whole device can amplify the micro displacement,and finally clamp the workpiece.
