摘要
产品设计是决定可靠性的重要环节,可靠性首先是设计出来的。可靠性设计包括可靠性分析、可靠性分配和可靠性预计等内容,但建立可靠性模型是基础。本文对可靠性建模技术进行系统全面的介绍,包括基本可靠性模型和任务可靠性模型的建立,并对数控机床可靠性设计及分析中常用的串联模型、并联模型和混联模型做了比较系统的介绍,最后以某加工中心的实例论述了可靠性建模技术的应用。
Product design was an important part to decide its reliability.Reliability design included reliability analysis,reliability allocation,reliability prediction and so on, but the reliability model was the basic.The reliability modeling technology involving basic reliability model and mission reliability model were presented systematically,the common reliability model like series model,parallel model and series-parallel model in reliability design and analysis of NC machine were introduced.An example of machining center was taken to illustrate the application of the reliability modeling technology.
