摘要
为满足锪窝深度测量对精度和经济性的要求,设计了一种简易的锪窝深度测量工具,具有设计制造简单、价格低、精度高、测量范围广的优点。详细阐述了锪窝深度测量工具的设计过程,从理论上分析了测量精度的影响因素,并进行了测量实验。结果表明:当工件表面为平面时,锪窝深度测量工具的精度与测量区域的平面度相当;当工件表面为曲面时,则视曲率半径大小,存在不同程度的误差;若已知工件表面的面形,可以通过补偿消除误差。
To meet the requirement in countersink depth measurement,a countersink depth measurement tool is developed. This tool is easy- manufactured and has a wide measurement range,high accuracy and low cost. This paper presents its design process,error analysis and measurement experiments. The results demonstrate that when the workpiece has a flat surface,the measurement accuracy is equivalent to the flatness of the measured area; when the surface is curved,the error depends on the radius of the surface. In this situation,the measurement error can be compensated if the radius is known.
