通过对石油管道阀体、连接环零件密封锥面结构的研究,设计一种内外锥面直径及圆度同时测量的一体化检测装置,详细描述了检测装置的检测原理、检具结构及检测方法。该检测装置简单实用,提高了检测精度及效率,解决了机械加工中圆锥面锥径及圆度测量难题。

By researching on sealing cone structure of oil pipeline bodys and connecting ring parts,design an integrated detection device used to measure the cone diameter and roundness both inside and outside,and describe the detetion principle,detection struction and detection measurement of detection device on detail. It is practical and simple,improves the detection accuracy and efficiency,and solves the problems of cone diameter and roundness measurements for conical surface in machining.
