汽车冲压线上下料机器人选型原则与方法

The selection principle and method of the loading and unloading robot in the automobile press line

以汽车车身覆盖件冲压线上下料机器人及其辅助设备为研究对象,提出了适用于冲压工艺要求的自动化生产线机器人总体选型原则,形成冲压线机器人及其附属设备选型方法,并针对一汽车覆盖件冲压线具体实例进行机器人选型说明,为开展冲压线工业机器人选型和设备单元选购提供借鉴和参考。

Taking the loading and unloading robot and its auxiliary equipment in the press line of the body covering workpieces of the automobiles as the research object,this paper proposes the general selection principle of the robot in the automatic production line,which is suitable for the stamping process requirements,and forms the selection method for the robot in the press line and its subsidiary equipment. The specific instance of an automobile covering panel press line is taken as an example to illustrate the selection principle of the robot. The contents of this paper provide the reference for the selection and the purchase of the equipment unit of the press line industrial robot.
