摘要
以ZH540B钻攻中心为载体,通过改变刀库电动机输入频率、改变换刀参数改写方式、减少写入参数程序段、简化换刀子程序、使用高速M/S/T/B接口、优化系统参数等方法提高了换刀速度;寻找合适的停顿点和好的减速方式,降低了换刀噪声,从而提高了设备品质。
To take ZH540 B drilling center as an example,the speed of changing tool is improved by changing the input frequency of tool magazine motor and the overwriting mode of changing the tool parameters,reducing the writing parameter block,simplifying the program of changing tool,using high speed M /S /T /B interface and optimizing the system parameter,etc. The quality of equipment is improved by appropriate pause and deceleration mode and reducing the noise of changing tool.
