摘要
数控摇臂铣床加装转台C轴后成为四轴联动控制机床,但利用其摇臂功能亦可实现呈固定角度主轴摆头的五轴加工模式,大大拓展了其加工工艺范围。通过对MasterCAM多轴加工刀路设计的探究,并经后处理程序编制的研判,以圆锥台侧壁加工为例,在VERICUT多轴仿真系统下对其刀路方法及编程应用进行了验证。
A NC rocker milling machine equipped with rotary table C axis is a four axes linkage control machine tool.It can also achieve five- axis machining mode with the spindle head fixed angle and greatly expand the scope of its processing technology. To treat the case of a cone wall processing,the MasterCAM multi- axis machining cutter path design and the post- processing programming is explored. Finally,the cutter path method and programming application are verified by multi- axis simulation system in VERICUT.
